Lori believes that within the heart of everyone lives a creative genius, and that each of us yearns to connect authentically with one another so we can make a positive difference in the world.

Lori is seasoned in the needs of a full range of decision makers, and works extensively with C-suite executives in many industries. She coaches organizations from multi-national corporations, such as the BNSF Railway, a Fortune 200 company, and Ferro Chemical, to entrepreneurial ventures and teams in non-profits, manufacturing, financial services, management consulting, commercial real estate, and the arts.

Lori is a certified somatic coach, recognized by the Strozzi Institute, and a certified Peak Potentials trainer. Lori co-founded a professional modern dance company, in which she also served as Artistic Director, choreographer, and a highly acclaimed dancer. She was a professional dancer with her company until the age of forty-three, when she emerged from that stage of her career as a leader in the arts community. Lori now brings the wisdom gleaned from years of non-profit leadership and artistic directorship to the halls of business.

Lori is interested in creating the next level of people-centered leadership, which she first learned while observing her father, a successful marketing executive who built his business on the power of relationships.

In the Conscious Leaders, LLC coaching process, Lori engages in the use of highly targeted, innovative, and probing questions which bring clarity to any level of inherent complexity.

His efforts brought Warren Buffet’s Nebraska Furniture Mart and the Grandscape project to DFW. Larry also became a sought-after specialist and speaker in location-based entertainment real estate. He represented top operators such as Andretti Karting, Merlin Entertainments (Sea Life Aquarium and Legoland Discovery), Crayola Experience, and served as the master broker for Pinstripes and Dave & Buster’s.

Early in his career, Larry embarked on a personal growth journey, discovering a deep passion for self- improvement and fulfillment. Lori has established herself as a distinguished leadership coach, guiding top leaders and entrepreneurs through their leadership journeys and organizational growth. They have also developed the “True Freedom Index” to help people ascertain their level of freedom across the important domains of their lives and to break free from limiting beliefs and habits.

Together, they have been integral to the conscious business movement, actively participating in Conscious Capitalism (including the CEO Summit) and Social Venture Network.

Their marriage and extraordinary partnership serve as an inspiration to many, demonstrating what is possible when people commit to transformative work. Larry’s book, The Love Game, reflects the depth of their relationship. Both Larry and Lori are lovers of comedy and have performed standup and improv comedy. They are currently creating a fun, interactive training called “Creating a Yes/And Life,” combining principles of improv with impactful experiential exercises.
